The 10th edition of the Course & Marche Lisa Forever takes place on Sunday, 31 May 2026 at Parc François Mitterrand in Taverny, France. This fundraising event supports three pediatric cancer research projects: ORIGEN (oncogenetics, brain cancer research using organoids), GENIPOP (understanding genetic predisposition in families), and CREAFORM (art and digital workshops for hospitalized children at Gustave Roussy). Each participant must collect a minimum donation (€50 for walking, €100 for running) to validate registration. Courses include a 5 km walk, and 5 km or 10 km runs. The event can be attended in person or remotely as a connected race.

Participants can collect donations individually or by creating or joining a group. Past editions raised €175,000 (2024), €135,000 (2022), and €100,000 (2021). The event is organized by Lisa Forever, created in memory of Lisa, who passed away from medulloblastoma at age 2½. For more information, visit the association's website or social media.
