Corrida Solidária – Corra por Quem Cuida

On November 8, 2026, the Parque Dom Pedro II (Parcão) in Uruguaiana, Rio Grande do Sul, will host the Corrida Solidária – Run for Those Who Care. Organized by the OAB Subseção Uruguaiana through its Health Rights Commission, this 5 km race aims to promote physical activity and raise funds for the Hospital Santa Casa de Caridade of Uruguaiana.
Participants will run along scenic paths within Parcão, enjoying a morning filled with community spirit and healthy competition. The event not only encourages exercise but also fosters social integration among runners while supporting an important cause: providing essential bedding kits to hospital patients through donations collected on race day.
This is more than just a race; it's a chance for the community to come together in support of healthcare workers and their vital services, making every step count towards improving patient care at the Hospital Santa Casa de Caridade.
