CORRIDA PASSOS PELA VIDA

On November 1, 2026, runners of all ages will gather in Santo Antônio das Missões, RS for the Corrida Passos pela Vida. The race starts at 7:30 AM from the centrally located Avenida Prefeito José Nunes de Abreu near the administrative center and features distances ranging from a sprinty 100 meters to longer 2km and 5km races.
The event offers something for everyone, with categories specifically tailored for children, youth, adults, and seniors. Participants can look forward to scenic routes through the town's streets, fully marked courses, and hydration stations along the way. The race is a community-driven affair, encouraging local residents to participate free of charge while offering discounted entry fees to those traveling from afar.
The day promises not just competition but also camaraderie as friends and families cheer on young sprinters in 100m and 400m races before moving onto the longer distances. The event culminates with a festive atmosphere at the finish line, where participants receive medals for their efforts regardless of placing.
Registration is available online until October 27, 2026, or until all spots are filled—limited to 350 runners in total—and number collection begins early on race day from 6:20 AM. For more information and updates, visit the M1Running website or contact organizers via phone at (55)99621-4714.
Participants should arrive prepared with proper identification for age verification during packet pickup and be ready to embrace a fun-filled morning of running through Santo Antônio das Missões.
