About the Event

On October 17, 2026, runners will gather at the Aeroporto Diomício Freitas - CCM in Forquilhinha, Santa Catarina for an evening race that promises to be both scenic and challenging. The event offers three distinct categories: a solo 5km run, a longer solo 10km course, and a team-based 10km relay (for two runners). Participants will start and finish on the airport's runway, providing a unique setting with views of aircraft taking off and landing in the background. As night falls, runners can enjoy the illuminated surroundings while navigating this special route within the restricted area of the airport terminal. The race is an exciting opportunity to experience Forquilhinha’s vibrant atmosphere from a distinctive vantage point.
