Color for Change 5K Supporting The Willow Tree Child Advocacy Center

The event supports The Willow Tree Child Advocacy Center, a safe haven where young voices are heard and respected. Located at Fisher River Park on 251 County Home Road in Dobson, NC, the race offers participants not only an opportunity for physical fitness but also a chance to make a meaningful impact by raising awareness and funds.
This year’s event promises an unforgettable experience with its unique twist: runners will be doused in bursts of color along the route. Each splash represents hope and renewal as we strive together towards a community where every child's story is heard and valued.
Race day kicks off at 8:00 AM, offering chip timing for official results. After crossing the finish line, enjoy an array of breakfast options, fresh fruit, and water to refuel your energy.
Registration fees include a Color for Change 5K T-shirt when signed up by September 8th, ensuring you receive this commemorative item in time.
Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers across various age groups: 14 & under, 15-29, 30-49, and 50+ years old.
