SCHEDULE:
9:00 a.m. - Registration opens
10:30 a.m. - Women's 5km
11:15 a.m. - Men's 8km
RACE INFORMATION
- The traditional Franklin Park courses are not available due to stadium construction.
There will be modified courses for both the 5km (3 laps) and 8km (4 laps). Maps available by the end of August.
- Runners should be capable of 30:00 5km / 45:00 8km
- Custom Codfish Bowl medals awarded to top 7 individual finishers in each race
- Plaque awards to winning teams
- Minimum age 16 on race day - This is not a youth race
