NEW: Limited bibs for the Bradshaw Brute 100 and the Mingus Traverse!
The Cocodona Trail is a curated route linking historic towns and paths off the beaten path through central Arizona. The rich history of the towns linked up through little-traveled ranges makes this a one-of-a-kind tour of Arizona.
From the beauty of the Sonoran desert, through canyons and pine forests this is a magical route. The accomplishment of traveling the Cocodona Trail on foot will be one of the most life-changing and epic journeys of an endurance athlete's career. We envision this as a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the pinnacle endurance challenge in North America.
Cocodona 250 - May 4-9, 2026
The original epic of the Cocodona name starts at Deep Canyon Ranch in Black Canyon City and traverses a continuous 250 mile point-to-point route, ending in Flagstaff, Arizona. Arguably the most diverse 200+miler on the map. Be prepared for a life changing epic adventure.
Sedona Canyons 125 - May 6-9, 2026
This 125-mile point-to-point adventure runs the back half of the full Cocodona course. You’ll start in Jerome, run through Sedona, and finish in Flagstaff, alongside runners competing in the 250-miler. Get the best sections of the full course with half the pain.
Bradshaw Brute 100 - May 4, 2026
Take on the first 100 Miles of the Cocodona 250, from Black Canyon City to Watson Lake in Prescott, AZ. This 100 mile route takes you through the most remote and difficult section of the Cocodona course. Note - you must have a qualifying 100k or 100 mile race in order to register.
Mingus Travers - May 5, 2026
The Mingus Traverse offers a condensed adventure through the most iconic sections of the Cocodona 250 course. Starting in Prescott and finishing in Sedona, the route weaves through Prescott Valley, Mingus Mountain, Jerome and Clarkdale, showcasing Arizona’s rugged beauty.
This event kicks off on May 4th and you have until April 20th to meet your fundraising minimum for these communities that inspire us to run!
Fundraising minimums vary based on distances: Cocodona 250- $6,000; Sedona Canyons 125-$3,000, Bradshaw Brute 100-$2,000, Mingus Traverse $1,500
Once you have hit 75% of your fundraising minimum, you will be sent a code to register for the race. Your fundraiser will remain open through race week.
Please take this seriously because we have limited charity bibs available for this event and once we are full, you will be committed to raising the minimum amount or paying your fundraising difference two weeks before the event.
When you sign up for a Charity Bib and commit to being a fundraiser for the Cocodona, it means you're going to lead your own personal fundraiser and raise at least your minimum for one of our nonprofit partners or a cause of your choice. During registration, you will be automatically prompted to create a fundraising page...you can even create your personal URL for your fundraiser!
We will be here to support you through the entire journey (well, maybe not the actual 250 miles part) but the entire fundraising journey!
Once you meet that fundraising minimum, your entry to the race is FREE (please note that you are committing to raising the funds or paying the difference if the funds are not met by two weeks prior to the event)!
Don't wait. Sign up and start fundraising now!
After this event, we will donate a percentage of the Charity Bib profits to the organization of your choice! For 2026, we will also be donating a portion of the charity bib funds raised to support Wilderness Volunteers and their work in the host communities.
