Cleethorpes AC 5K Prom Time Trial 3 November 2026

The Cleethorpes Promenade Time Trial offers runners an electrifying evening experience along the scenic promenade of Cleethorpes. Set to start at 6:45 PM on November 3, 2026, near the Kingsway Kiosk, this event features a tightly controlled environment with only 150 spots available due to its popularity and safety considerations. Participants must collect their race numbers from Race HQ at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM on the day of the race; no entries will be accepted onsite.
The course record stands impressively with Lewis Jagger's time of 14 minutes and 33 seconds in 2025, followed closely by Nicola Geddes' impressive run at 16 minutes and 57 seconds from 2009. With a strict 40-minute cutoff for the event, runners must be prepared to push their limits on this flat, fast course along the promenade.
Ideal for serious athletes aged 11 years or older, the Cleethorpes Promenade Time Trial is not accessible to wheelchair participants but provides an excellent opportunity for runners to challenge themselves against a stunning backdrop of sea views and vibrant evening lights.
