Celebrate 40 Years of Running at the Phoenixville Super Hero Run
On Saturday, October 24, 2026, join thousands of runners and superheroes for the 40th Annual Phoenixville Run. This year's event invites participants to don their favorite superhero costumes as they take on either a challenging in-person race or an engaging virtual challenge.
In-Person Race Details
The action kicks off at Reeves Park with start times for both the 5K and 10K races set for 8:30 AM. This scenic run through Phoenixville, Pennsylvania offers participants a mix of paved paths and streets lined with vibrant fall foliage, making it an unforgettable experience.
Virtual Challenge Window
For those who prefer to race from home or have their own personal course in mind, the virtual challenge window opens at 7:30 AM on October 24th. Participants can complete their chosen activity anytime between then and 7:30 PM that evening. Whether you choose to run, walk, swim, hike, bike, jump rope, rollerblade or any other form of exercise, your efforts will be celebrated.
Event Highlights
Costumes are encouraged for both individual runners and teams, with special prizes awarded for the most creative ensembles. Team participation is highly recommended as it adds an extra layer of fun and camaraderie to the event. In-person race winners can look forward to a grand prize pool totaling $1,100.

Kids Fun Run
Young superheroes are also invited to join the festivities! The Kids Fun Run is scheduled for 9:00 AM at Reeves Park and caters specifically to children aged 12 and under. This short, fun-focused run takes kids from station to station within the park where they can collect treats and prizes along the way.
Registration
Adults (ages 18+) can register for $40 while youth participants (under 18) pay just $20. Day-of registration is also available at Reeves Park for in-person runners, though it carries a higher fee of $45 to ensure you don't miss out on any fun or prizes.
