CIRCUITO OSCAR 2026-2027 - 2ª ETAPA - SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS
About the Event
On November 29, 2026, São José dos Campos will host the Circuito Oscar race, an event that combines athletic competition with community engagement. The race takes place in and around Vale Sul Shopping on Avenida Cidade Jardim in Jardim Satélite, offering runners a scenic course through this vibrant city. Participants can choose from several distance options: 4 km for walkers and casual joggers, as well as more competitive distances of 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km. The race starts promptly at 7:15 AM with the PCD (Persons with Disabilities) category taking off first, followed by a mass start at 7:20 AM for all other categories. Walkers have their own dedicated start time of 7:25 AM. Runners should arrive early to ensure they are ready to go at their designated starting times. Elite athletes who meet the technical requirements set forth by organizers will be allowed to line up ahead of the main pack, providing a competitive edge for those aiming for top finishes. The race begins and ends in front of Vale Sul Shopping, allowing participants and spectators easy access. With clear instructions from sound systems at the start area, runners are encouraged to listen carefully as adjustments may need to be made on race day. Largada times will close 10 minutes after they begin, so it's crucial for all competitors to adhere strictly to their scheduled starts. The Circuito Oscar promises a challenging yet rewarding experience with its varied terrain and dynamic atmosphere, making it an event not to miss for runners of all levels.
