5k Race begins at 9:00 am- at the corner of W. Mill St. and S. Main St. 

Packet Pickup: 

Thursday, November 20, 2025 - 5 pm - 7 pm. @ WARPED WING 25 Wright Station Way, Springboro OH 45066

Saturday, November 22, 2025 - Registration and packet pickup begins at 7:30 am at the Beer Tent (Located on the corner of S Main  & W State St)

Awards: Top Overall Male & Female, Medals for Top male & female in each category. 

Divisions: 9 & under, 10-14,15-19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.

Awards & refreshments immediately following race @ Beer Tent - Don't forget your complimentary beverage ticket for post-race beverage

All proceeds benefit Operation Santa, Springboro Community Assistance Center, The Pantry & Warren County Children's Services

RACE SHIRTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE - Anyone registered November 1st and before is guaranteed a shirt.  We had to cutoff race shirts for registrations 11/2. 

MEDALS: We are officially out of race medals as of 11:59 p.m. 11/4/2025.  We know this is disappointing and apologize.  Medals have to be ordered 8 weeks in advance, registrations have exceeded our projections.  We are so thankful for your support and will order more next year!
