Chiba 900th Anniversary Cycling: Chiba Autumn Tour Ride 2026 (千葉開府900年記念サイクリング ちば秋めぐりライド2026)
About the event
A 30.3 km group ride celebrating 900 years since the founding of Chiba. In 1126, Chiba Tsuneshige moved his base from Oji-cho in Midori Ward to the Inohana area of Chuo Ward, laying the foundations of the present city. The ride starts at Oji Elementary School and finishes at Inohana Park, moving from green countryside toward the urban center and stopping at sightseeing farms where riders can taste Chiba City produce.
Support staff accompany each group and a support car circulates along the route, so beginners can take part comfortably.
