Starting and finishing in Chester, this well-marked and fully-supported route weaves together the iconic Sandstone Trail, the serene Marches Way along the River Dee, the ancient ramparts of Beeston Castle, and the tranquil paths of Delamere Forest. With 1590m of ascent and 12 fully-stocked checkpoints, it offers a challenging yet runnable 100-mile debut or a perfect personal benchmark. Finishers are rewarded with a coveted 100-mile belt buckle (Gold, Silver, or Bronze), supported by live GPS tracking for loved ones and the renowned encouragement of the GB Ultras team.
