Celebrity Clowns

The tradition of Celebrity Clowns at the Santa Claus Parade dates back to 1982 when Ron Barbaro and Norman Jewison first donned clown costumes and makeup for an unforgettable day. Their joyous participation inspired others, leading to a steady increase in membership over the years. Today, more than 150 corporate executives join the ranks of Celebrity Clowns annually, alongside 50 Junior Clowns who were introduced in 2007.
Each year, participants are invited to a special Clown Costume Pick Up Breakfast where they can preview all Parade Floats except for Santa's grand arrival on parade day. This unique event provides an exclusive glimpse into the magic that awaits both clowns and spectators alike.
In addition to this exciting breakfast experience, each registrant receives:
- A complete clown costume including wig and gloves
- Four VIP passes allowing guests a prime viewing spot along the Parade route
- A personalized photo memory book capturing their participation in the Santa Claus Parade
