Registration opens early Friday morning from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM. Participants who have booked a coach transfer will depart at 7:00 AM from Croft Village Hall, ensuring they are ready for the start time of 9:00 AM. The race features a cut-off time of 5:00 AM on Sunday morning.
The course offers breathtaking views and challenging terrain that showcase the natural beauty of the Pennines. Runners will experience lush forests, rolling hills, and scenic rivers as they navigate this picturesque route.
Upon completion, participants are rewarded with a finishers medal and t-shirt, along with water, snacks, hot food, and cold options at various points throughout the race. A GPS tracker allows friends and family to follow runners' progress in real-time.
The event also highlights sustainability efforts by partnering with Trees Not Tees, giving runners the choice to plant trees instead of receiving traditional race tees. Trophies are awarded for first-place male and female finishers as well as non-binary, FV50, 60 & 70, MV50, 60 & 70 categories.
