CBTE Charm Bracelet 100

The Charm Bracelet 100 (CB100) invites seasoned ultra runners and walkers to explore one of England's most scenic landscapes. Starting at Dufton, nestled along the Pennine Way, this challenging course weaves through rugged terrain before descending towards the coast via Teesdale and Cleveland ways.
With a total distance of 104 miles, runners will encounter over 6,000 feet of elevation gain, making it an arduous yet rewarding journey. The route offers stunning views and varied landscapes, from rolling hills to coastal paths along King Charles III’s scenic trail for the final stretch.
Support is available after the second checkpoint at around 20 miles in, allowing runners to have a companion assist them on parts of their run or walk. Ten checkpoints are strategically placed throughout the course, providing hot meals, cold food options, and snacks to fuel participants as they push towards the finish line.
For those choosing an unsupported route, proof of previous completion of at least 50 miles in another event is required for entry approval. Relay teams can consist of two to four runners but must arrange their own transportation between changeover points.
Registration opens early on Friday morning, with a start time promptly at 10am from Dufton Methodist Chapel. The race concludes no later than Sunday night, ensuring participants have ample daylight and darkness underfoot during their journey.
Upon crossing the finish line, racers will be greeted not only by pie and mash catering but also with a medal and t-shirt commemorating this epic adventure. A GPS tracker is included to keep friends and family informed of your progress throughout the challenging weekend. Trophies are awarded for top male, female, non-binary runners, as well as relay teams and individual categories based on age groups.
This event offers an optional XCover policy, giving participants peace of mind in case unforeseen circumstances prevent them from attending.
