Carrera por la vida-Fundación Alejandra Vélez Mejía

On February 28, 2027, runners will gather in Manizales, Colombia, for the Corre por los Niños race. This annual event raises funds and awareness to support children, teenagers, and young adults battling leukemia and other cancers across Caldas, the eje cafetero region, and nine additional departments of Colombia, as well as Venezuelan and Peruvian patients supported by the Alejandra Vélez Mejía Foundation.
The race winds through the scenic city streets lined with coffee plantations and lush greenery.
