Join us for the 1st Annual Burning Off the BBQ 5K, a high-energy community race bringing together runners, walkers, families, and friends for a morning of fitness, fun, and fellowship along the beautiful Greenway in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Whether you're chasing a PR, enjoying a scenic walk, or just working up an appetite for festival food, this race is for you!

Join us Saturday morning to burn off all those extra calories, and after the race, head back to the festival to enjoy day 2! Share the community spirit of Sevierville. Whether you’re running fast or walking with friends, you’ll cross the finish line knowing you made a difference.

Sevierville is a city in eastern Tennessee. Pronounced "Severe-ville" and named after Colonel John Sevier after his successful campaign in running off the Cherokee inhabitants around 1780, Sevierville was surprisingly anti-secessionist and abolitionist up to and during the Civil War but ended up being pillaged quite badly. Nowadays it is a tourist mecca for those en route to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or paying homage to Dolly Parton's hometown, or one of the many other attractions.
