This beloved community event, co-sponsored by Kollosche and Coastal Creative Projects, welcomes all ages and abilities with three fun options: The Challenge (400m swim + 4km run), The Taste Tester (200m swim + 2km run), and The Young Guns (400m wade + 400m run) for kids 5-12. Whether you’re racing solo, teaming up for the relay, or introducing the family to swim-run, this day is all about fitness, families, and fun in a supportive beachfront atmosphere.
Registration opens November 1st, 2025, and closes January 18th, 2026—be sure to secure your spot for this vibrant Gold Coast tradition. With a backup date set for April 19th in case of poor conditions, organisers ensure your Australia Day will be active, safe, and full of the energetic community spirit that defines Burleigh Swim Run.
