Step into a world where running transforms into an exhilarating adventure straight out of a fantastical tale, and welcome to the BUBBLE RUN™. This isn’t just any 5K; it’s a journey through a whimsical landscape brimming with joy and laughter. Participants gather in vibrant white t-shirts, ready to embark on up to three miles of pure fun. The event attracts runners of all ages, from young families with strollers to solo adventurers looking for an unforgettable experience. Waves start every 3-5 minutes, ensuring that everyone gets a chance to dive into the magic without feeling rushed. The highlight of this run is undoubtedly the Foam Bogs—colorful pools filled with foam in various hues. As runners pass through these bogs, they emerge covered from head to toe in frothy goodness. Bubble-teers are on hand to ensure no one misses out on a single splash of fun. Each bog features different colored foams, creating a rainbow trail that participants follow. Safety is paramount at the BUBBLE RUN™; all foam used is 100% safe and non-toxic, so there’s no need for worry if you accidentally taste any whimsy along your route. The event encourages everyone to arrive early—30-45 minutes prior to their wave start—to allow time for parking, picking up swag from the Bubble RUN™ store, checking in, and getting ready. Once on-site, participants should plan to be prompt at their assigned heat times. Waves are released every 60-90 seconds after your registered start time, with the final wave departing 30 minutes later than scheduled for each heat. So if you register for an 8 AM slot, the last group will leave at 8:30 AM. Don’t forget to bring extra cash for parking and souvenirs. Parking can cost up to $20, managed by the venue itself. The Bubble RUN™ store offers a variety of merchandise including t-shirts, tutus, and other fun accessories that make perfect keepsakes from this magical day out. The BUBBLE RUN™ promises an atmosphere filled with thousands of smiling faces, making it not just a race but a celebration of community spirit and shared joy. Join us for a run like no other!

About Austin
Learn more about the host city, Austin.
Austin is a city of about 1,054,000 (2026) surpassing Fort Worth to become the 4th most populous city in Texas. It is on the southeast edge of the Hill Country region of Texas, making it the fourth-largest city in the state and the 11th-largest in the country. It is the capital of Texas and a college town, and also a center of an alternative culture away from the major cities on the US coasts, though the city is rapidly gentrifying with its rising popularity. Austin's attitude is commonly emblazoned about town on T-shirts and bumper stickers that read: "Keep Austin Weird." Austin is also marketed as the Live Music Capital of the World due to the large number of venues.
