A quaint 4.4 mile run/walk through the woods, trails, and back-roads of the Brimson, Minnesota with a special nod to the Finnish heritage of the area. The race is a fundraiser for the Brimson Area Volunteer Fire Department. Lots of business donated prizes as well as those homemade and crafted by local artisans.
This year's race will be in person but will allow a virtual option if you can't make it to the race in Brimson. Prizes based on your finish will be awarded in person on the day of the race. Virtual participants will be entered into a raffle and will be selected at random. Virtual participants will register as a virtual runner and will submit times on the honor system.
