This long-established and highly coveted race is a true PB-friendly paradise, taking place on wide, quiet country lanes that offer uninterrupted views across Romney Marsh. Organized by Nice Work, the event provides a perfect dual-purpose challenge: tackle the classic 21.1km Half Marathon for a fast and scenic goal, or use the unique 20 Mile (32.2km) distance as the ultimate training run and pace test for a spring marathon. Starting at 9:00 AM from The Banks Sports & Social Club, the accurately measured course welcomes runners of all standards with a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Your entry includes a bespoke medal, free professional race photographs, and free parking. With on-the-day entry available subject to capacity, this is your invitation to experience a delightfully flat and fast race in the historic southeast.

About Folkestone and Hythe District

Folkestone and Hythe is a local government district in Kent, England. It lies in the south-east of the county, on the coast of the English Channel. The district was formed in 1974 and was originally named Shepway after one of the ancient lathes of Kent, which had covered a similar area. The district was renamed in 2018. The council is based in Folkestone, the district's largest town. The district also includes the towns of Hawkinge, Hythe, Lydd and New Romney, along with numerous villages and surrounding rural areas.
