Breakline is an unconventional endurance challenge that pushes participants to their limits through a series of secret and ever-evolving loops. This unique race combines elements from ultra running, obstacle course racing (OCR), HYROX, and CrossFit into one relentless experience.
Upon registration, athletes are faced with the question: How long can you keep going? The event features an array of physical challenges such as runs, carries, lunges, burpees, obstacles, and more. Each loop is designed to test both mental and physical fortitude without revealing exactly what lies ahead in subsequent rounds.
For those seeking a grueling challenge with no fixed finish line, the ELITE division requires participants to wear a weight vest for every lap until they can no longer continue. In contrast, SCALED offers up to 10 loops without a weight vest, catering to athletes who want an intense yet more predictable experience.
Between each loop, competitors have the opportunity to rest and refuel at HQ before deciding whether to tackle another round or call it quits. The race takes place on September 11, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM at Scoutinglandgoed Zeewolde in the Netherlands.
