Embrace the chill of winter with Long Runs & Lattes, a casual long run experience designed to keep you active during the colder months. This program offers a perfect blend of fitness, community, and comfort, tailored to runners of all levels who want to stay motivated through the winter!
We'll meet up 8am every Sunday from various coffee shops around Boulder, run the bike paths and explore Boulders many parks, before heading back for some post run coffee. We'll have a different, roughly 6 mile recommended route each week, with the option to run longer or shorter.
The Coffee Shop Finish:
Here’s the best part: every run ends at a cozy local coffee shop! After completing your run, you’ll get to relax and warm up with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea, enjoying a post-run chat with fellow runners. It's the perfect way to end a beautiful winter run!
Program Details:
Starting Sunday Dec. 7, 2025 through Jan. 11th, 2026.
Sundays from 8:00-9:00am, at various coffee shops throughout Boulder. When you register you'll get a weekly newsletter with that week's coffee shop location.
You’ll receive:
5 weeks of guided long runs every Sunday morning, 6 mile route recommended, and an option to run longer or shorter.
A weekly newsletter with the group run location, and running route.
A team of like-minded runners who encourage each other to stay active through the winter.
