About the Event

First trail in Normandy to sign the Ministry of Sports' 15‑commitment eco‑responsible charter. First in Normandy to hold the CNOSF "Sustainable Development, Sport Commits" label. The Bortis Trail returns to Val‑de‑Reuil (Eure, Normandy) on Sunday, June 14, 2026, starting at the Stade Jesse Owens. Four trail distances: 29 km (660 m D+), 18 km (350 m D+), 10 km (200 m D+), and 5 km discovery (90 m D+). Plus an 8 km hike. 98% forest trails through the Forêt de Bord.

Joëlette wheelchair access — allowing people with disabilities to experience the trails
2026 beneficiary association: "Parents d’un Héros" — supporting those affected by Pitt‑Hopkins syndrome (rare genetic disorder). €1 from every hike registration goes to the association, plus donation collection.
Association "Voix de Fées" present on race day — raising awareness against gender‑based and sexual violence.

Val-de-Reuil is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in north-western France. It is located south of Rouen in a loop of the Seine. Created as the new town of Le Vaudreuil in 1972, its name was changed to Val-de-Reuil in 1984 to avoid confusion with its neighbour, Le Vaudreuil.
