About the Event

La Boucle Nantaise (BN200) will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, starting at sunrise (6:14 AM) from Oudon, near Nantes, France. The event offers a 200 km self‑supported ride on small roads, country paths, and trails. Two routes are available: Gravel (small roads, paths, singletrack — anywhere it fits) and Allroad (small roads and rolling paths — anywhere it rolls). This is not a race; there is no official ranking. Participants must be self‑sufficient and follow a GPS track provided by the organizers. The base camp is at the Oudon campsite, open from Friday evening to Sunday morning.

All participants must follow event rules and the regulations (available for download). Registration is online only via HelloAsso. There is no waitlist. Participants are recommended to be accustomed to riding long distances on degraded roads and paths. Riders choose their own bike. Check‑in is from 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM; briefing at 6:05 AM. A bike check by mechanics from L'Atelier de la Poule Noire is available on Friday evening.

Included in the €63 event pack: welcome coffee, BN200 ride, Saturday evening meal, Saturday night camping, Sunday breakfast. Optional weekend add‑on (+€20): Friday evening meal + Friday night camping.
Schedule: Friday evening – chill at Oudon from 6:00 PM (camping, bike check, warm meal, bar). Saturday – ride from sunrise until finish, then food truck and bar. Sunday morning – breakfast, pack up, optional Oudon market and Loire riverside walks.
Volunteers are welcome (non‑riding participants can help). Contact via the event website.
Activities for non‑riders at Oudon: medieval castle, monumental sculpture trail, fishing, Loire river (kayak, canoe), hot air balloon rides (reservation required), pony rides, Loire à Vélo.
Parking is available on site. Train access: Oudon SNCF station (24 seconds by bike from the campsite). Bike access via La Loire à Vélo route.

The BN200 is organized by Gravel Ouest association. It is described as an endurance challenge of 200 km in self‑sufficiency, with memorable tough sections, sweat, and good humor. The focus is on pride in finishing, not competition. Partners are listed on the event website. Photos from previous editions are available.
