This community-centered event brings together families, runners, walkers, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and supporters to promote health and wellness while supporting The Blueprint Foundation Inc.'s mission of breaking medical and educational barriers in rural Guyana.

Can't join us in Guyana? Participate from wherever you are! Complete your 5K during the virtual challenge period and become part of the East Coast 5K community from anywhere in the world.

Virtual participants will have the opportunity to purchase an official event race package, including an event T-shirt and other race items, with shipping available to participating locations.
