Each week, you'll have access to an extensive library over 200 workouts that cater specifically to your goals. These workouts are meticulously crafted by Coach Brian Lariviere, a seasoned cycling coach with more than two decades of experience guiding athletes from beginners to professionals. Every session is supported by detailed video tutorials ensuring you understand both the 'why' and the 'how' behind each exercise. Join live sessions every Tuesday at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), where Coach Brian will lead you through a structured plan, offering real-time feedback and verbal instructions. If your schedule conflicts with these times, no worries—replay classes are available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6:30 pm EST. For added convenience, all workouts can be accessed anytime via the on-demand feature. This flexibility allows you to fit training into your busy lifestyle without compromising quality or consistency. The BJLC Collective offers a supportive community for questions about training, nutrition, gear, and ride discussions—creating an environment where you can connect with fellow cyclists. BJL Coaching has partnered with Velocity Cycling to provide unparalleled metrics tracking through the app. With features like power, cadence, heart rate, workout steps, watt prime, watts/kg, and more, you'll gain valuable insights into your performance after each session. The platform also seamlessly integrates with popular apps such as Strava, TrainingPeaks, or Today’s Plan for enhanced data management.
