Participants can choose their preferred distance—ranging from the accessible 3KM for beginners to the more challenging 42KM marathon route—to match their fitness level and goals. Whether you're an avid runner or just starting your journey, Beyond F8 provides options suitable for all.
The beauty of this event lies in its flexibility. You can complete your chosen distance at any time during August on a variety of terrains: outdoors in India's scenic landscapes, indoors on a treadmill, within the confines of your community space, or even while traveling. The key is to run—or walk—at your own pace and convenience.
To track your progress, you have the option to use popular fitness apps like Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, or any equivalent app that suits your preference. Once completed, simply submit a screenshot from your chosen tracking device showing your distance, time, and date of completion via email at [email protected].
