This unique format allows participants to choose their preferred lake from among Allalasandra Lake, Begur Lake, Yediyur Lake, Sankey Tank Lake, and Sheelavanthakere Lake. Registration is simple; once signed up, you can head over to your chosen location between 6 AM and 9 AM on the day of the event. Upon arrival at the lake entrance, report to our team stationed there to collect your T-shirt before embarking on a scenic run around the tranquil waters. Participants have several distance options: 1.6K, 3K, 5K, or 10K, allowing you to tailor your experience based on personal preference and fitness level. Whether running solo or with friends and family, remember to track your journey using Strava, Garmin, Google Fit, Nike Run Club, or RunKeeper. Upon completing your run within the designated timeframe of 6 AM to 9:30 AM at your selected lake, return to our team stationed there to showcase proof of your activity. Once verified, you will receive a well-deserved medal and join fellow runners in celebrating this special event. For those who complete five runs by December 2026, an exclusive "Legend of Lakes" composite medal awaits as recognition for their commitment to exploring the city’s lakes through running. Please note that no bibs or hydration stations are provided along the route. The activity must be visible and clearly marked in your Strava record for eligibility to receive a medal. Our team will ensure smooth operation at each lake entrance, ready to assist with verification and distribution of medals.
