Bangor City 10K & Half Marathon

On June 13, 2027, the Bangor City 10K & Half Marathon invites runners to experience a scenic journey through North Wales. Starting from the heart of Bangor's city center and heading towards the picturesque coastline, participants will run along Garth Pier over the Menai Straits, offering stunning views of Anglesey and Snowdonia.
The route then ventures into lush woodland paths adorned with autumn hues before returning to the bustling finish line in town. All runners receive a quality bespoke medal and technical T-shirt upon completion. The race features strict cut-off times: participants must complete each mile within 15 minutes, or they will be eliminated after the third mile.
Race day starts at 10 AM for both distances, with pre-race registration beginning at 8 AM near Deiniol Shopping Centre. Parking is available in town center areas on a pay-and-display basis. Drink stations are placed every three miles and at the finish line to keep runners hydrated throughout their run.
First aid support will be provided by professionals stationed along the course and at both start/finish locations, ensuring safety for all participants. Post-race amenities include prize presentations for top male and female overall winners as well as age category champions.
