This event offers trail running through autumn-transformed landscapes, views of Lake Travis surrounded by fall colors for those participating in the 12-hour race, and well-marked courses with reflective trail markers for the dark hours. Challenge yourself to a memorable harvest marathon, half marathon, 12 Hour endurance challenge, or Autumn 10K experience!

Course Description

Scenic Fall Trails

The course winds through the scenic trails of Turkey Bend on Lake Travis, featuring rolling terrain with moderate elevation changes and a mix of single-track and wider trails. Autumn colors enhance the beauty of this trail adventure.

Lake Travis Viewpoints

Experience stunning viewpoints overlooking Lake Travis. Both marathon and half marathon courses showcase the beauty of Lake Travis in autumn while providing a challenging yet achievable trail running experience.

A decision will be made 24 hours before the scheduled start.

Night Trail Running Safety

Your safety is our priority during this trail event. Participants running the dark hours must have:

Headlamp (required) - with fresh batteries
Backup light source (recommended)
Reflective clothing or vest
Personal hydration system
Cell phone for emergency communications

The course will be marked with reflective trail markers and glow sticks/or lighting at key intersections. Aid stations will be fully stocked throughout the event.

Marble Falls is a city in Burnet County, Texas, United States. As of the 2020 United States Census, the city population was 7,037. The 2024 population was estimated to be 9,413. Lake Marble Falls is part of the Highland Lakes on the Colorado River, the largest chain of lakes in Texas. Marble Falls was founded by Adam Rankin Johnson in 1887, a former Indian fighter and Confederate general.
