ATW Grafham Duathlon

On Sunday, October 25th, 2026, the Grafham Water venue will host an exhilarating Sprint & Standard Duathlon race. This iconic multisport site has earned its reputation as one of Britain’s premier locations for competitive events and welcomes both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike.
The event offers two duathlon distances:
- The Standard Distance includes a 10km run, followed by a swift 38km cycle to St Neots and back, concluding with another 5km run.

- For those looking for a shorter challenge, the Sprint Distance features a 5km run, a 17km bike ride that loops around Perry before returning to Grafham Water, and finishes with a final 2.5km jog.
The first running leg takes competitors across the dam wall of Grafham Water, offering breathtaking views of the lake’s serene waters. The cycling route is designed for speed, featuring minimal turns on an out-and-back course that ensures a smooth ride back to the finish line.
Drafting is prohibited during both races to maintain fairness and ensure safety throughout the event, with British Triathlon Motor Officials overseeing the competition.
Grafham Water's facilities are top-notch, providing participants with everything needed for optimal performance in a supportive environment. The venue’s stunning backdrop complements the fast-paced courses, making this race an unforgettable experience for all who participate.
In addition to the duathlons, there is also an opportunity to camp overnight at Lakeview Paddock before the event, allowing racers to acclimate and prepare thoroughly.
