Ashford Striders Charing 10k

Join the Ashford Striders for an enchanting evening run through Charing, Kent on Friday, June 11th. The Charing 10k offers runners of all abilities a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and tranquility of quiet country lanes under the summer sky.
Starting at 7:00 PM, this race winds its way through the charming village of Charing before venturing onto picturesque undulating paths towards Eastwell. A short section along the historic Pilgrims Way adds an extra layer of intrigue to your run. The route combines tarmac roads with a brief trail segment, providing runners with diverse terrain and scenic views.
The event is celebrated for its warm community atmosphere, where local supporters cheer you on every step of the way. With no cut-off time in place, participants can enjoy the relaxed pace set by the Ashford Striders club.
In addition to the main 10k race, a Junior Run invites younger athletes to experience the fun and excitement of racing under the stars.
