About the Event

The Appleseeds Track Camp is an introduction into the world of Track & Field for kids of all ages. The camp is open to kids from ages 5 to 18. Our camp sessions will be a mix of education, running, and technical events. Campers will experience jumps, hurdles, relays, distance, and sprints.

Kids will be in groups with others their age and will go to 5 stations per practice with their groups. The stations are led by experienced athletes and coaches.

Distance - running workout
High Jump
Long Jump
Hurdles

Schedule:

Monday, December 15: 4 pm - 5:30 pm
Wednesday, December 17: 4 pm - 5:30 pm
Friday, December 19: 4 pm - 5:30 pm

We will be competing in the Indiana Runner Indoor Track Meet on January 10th at Taylor University. Each camper will receive a free entry for one event in the meet.
