Join the vibrant community of walkers for the 13th edition of Amager Rundt, an invigorating challenge that celebrates togetherness and fun. Participants will receive a complimentary wristband upon registration, symbolizing their commitment to this unique event.
Choose from three distances: a half-walking marathon (21.1 km), starting at 8:10 am; a full walking marathon (42.2 km) beginning at 8:05 am; or an ultra hiking challenge of 55 km, kicking off at 8:00 am. All routes are available for free download via Komoot one week prior to the event.
The day begins with check-in from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, where you'll collect your starting number and wristband. Volunteers will be stationed at key checkpoints throughout the course, including Kløvermarken, Dragør Fortet (target for those completing 21.1 km), Kongelunden, and Fields (the finish line for both longer distances).
The event's motto encapsulates its spirit: "Together we walk around Amager – and it may hurt a little. But when the round is over, we can all shout: WELL DONE!" This sentiment reflects the supportive atmosphere that prevails among participants.
Amager Rundt welcomes everyone to join in on April 3, 2027, for an unforgettable day of exercise, smiles, and community bonding across Amager's scenic landscapes. Bring your friends or family, including leashed dogs, and embrace a celebration of movement and camaraderie.
