Lace up your sneakers and be part of our mission to promote inclusion, equity, and access for people with disabilities!

·       Check In: 9:30 am | Race start: 10:00 am

·       Location: Onondaga Lake Park – Willow Bay, Saw Mill Pavilion

This accessible 5K invites people of all ages and abilities to run, walk, stroll, or roll through the Onondaga Lake's scenic course. All mobility devices are welcome.

All participants receive:

·       A commemorative race medal

·       A picnic lunch immediately following the race (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, cookies, and beverages)

Every step you take and every dollar you raise helps support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Early bird pricing of $30 until March 31, 2026. After March 31st, the price increases to $35.
