This year’s holiday themed 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run isn’t just about crossing a finish line; it’s about helping A Worthy Cause hit the road with a brand-new initiative: A Worthy Movement —a bus designed to bring nutrition education, movement and mindfulness directly to the communities and youth who need it most.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun, your steps support our mission to empower the next generation with holistic tools for well-being—body, mind and spirit.

Your registration makes a real impact— All proceeds go directly toward bringing our mobile mission to life and help reach, teach and inspire.

What to Expect:

A timed 5K and untimed 1-mile fun run/walk
A long sleeve race shirt (if you register before Nov 28th)

About Columbia

Columbia is the county seat of Maury County in Central Tennessee, and is 50 miles south of Nashville. It is home to an estimated 38,224 people and hosts a mule day festival the first weekend of April every year. It is more famously known for being the hometown of the 11th President of the United States, James K. Polk. In addition, numerous antebellum homes are located around the city including Ripavilla, the Atheneum, Elm Springs, Rattle and Snap, and Hamilton Place to name a few.
