A New Beginning 5K Run/Walk

Start the new year with a healthy 5K Run/Walk to help raise funds to support pediatric cancer patients and their families in their battle with cancer. Frances Foundation is a non-profit 501C created to bring smiles to the children dealing with pediatric cancer. 

For over 20 years the Frances Foundation For Kids Fighting Cancer has supported families in the Northeast.  Please welcome the new Vero Beach chapter and their efforts to support our local "Warriors".

Packet Pickup

Friday, January 2, 2026:  2:00-5:00 PM Early Pick Up

Location: Indian River County Main Library /1600 21st Street /Vero Beach, FL 32960/ Pelican Room (1st Floor, next to Gift Shop) 

Saturday, January 3, 2026: Riverside Park (Large Picnic Pavilion)

6:45 AM: Late Registration and packet pickup Opens

7:30 AM: Late Registration Closes

                 Late Registration Fee: $40

8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts (walkers please line up behind runners)                  

Awards distributed after race (Large Picnic Pavilion)

• This highly desired T-shirt will be available to the first 200 registrants (5K Run only). Don't wait, sign up early!
• Professional timing for all 5K participants
• Music and motivation provided by DJ Joe
• Food and Beverage at the race
