9th Ocean View Gijang Sea Marathon

On April 18, 2027, the Ocean View Gijang Sea Marathon returns to Busan's Osiria area with its ninth edition, offering runners an unforgettable coastal experience. The half marathon and 10 km road race start in waves at 7:30 AM and 7:50 AM respectively, ensuring a smooth flow for participants as they make their way through scenic routes along the oceanfront.
The half marathon course features stunning views of the sea, with runners passing by Osiria's picturesque beaches. The event is designed to cater to both serious competitors and recreational joggers alike, with a 2-hour 20-minute time limit for the half marathon and a more relaxed setting for the 3 km slow jogging race starting at 8:30 AM.
Participants will enjoy various benefits such as a finisher medal, commemorative shirt, sports socks, headband, snacks, and drinks. Additionally, their names will be engraved on a permanent copper plaque displayed in Marathon Park, marking this event's legacy within the community.
