Our fourth annual event running right alongside the South Florida water chicken is fast approaching! This year we will be featuring a 5K and 10K on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Get creative and put on your best Iguana costume and lets show South Florida how "Florida Man" or "Florida Woman" we can be!

It is part of South Florida's Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area. The city seceded from Pompano Beach in the 1960s.
