Footprints for Hopi is an annual fundraiser run that benefits the residents of the Hopi reservation through our monthly distribution program which includes food, hygiene, clothing, and other goods. This annual event aims to unite runners throughout the world once a year while supporting our beloved Hopi people. We are excited to bring this fundraiser run to the wonderful pines of Flagstaff, AZ for a FIFTH year! By joining us in July, you will make a footprint for Hopi amongst the San Francisco Peaks or "Nuvatukwi'ovi", a site of importance and sacredness to our Hopi people.
About the T-shirt Design: We are thrilled with this year's design by the talented Hopi artist, Allen Honyouti. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Learn more about the host city, Flagstaff.
Flagstaff is a city of over 75,000 people (2019) near the San Francisco Peaks mountain range of northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon. At an altitude of 6,990 ft (2,130 m), Flagstaff and much of the surrounding region are substantially cooler than the low desert that dominates the southern part of the state. Though still dry by east coast standards, enough rain and snow falls in the area to allow a forest of ponderosa pine trees to cover the landscape. Winters tend to be cold, and heavy snowfall is expected on an annual basis.
