Event Description: Fun & Competitive 5K at Occoquan Regional Park
Join us for an unforgettable day of fitness, fun, and community at the scenic Occoquan Regional Park in Lorton, Virginia! Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or simply looking for an active day out with friends and family, this 5K offers something for everyone. Open to all ages and abilities, the course delivers both a rewarding challenge and a welcoming atmosphere.
Every participant will receive a commemorative finisher’s medal, and the competition doesn’t stop there—placement medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group and gender. Lace up your running shoes, bring your competitive spirit, and be part of a vibrant day celebrating health, achievement, and friendly competition at Occoquan Regional Park!
A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Virgina Pride Youth Foundation.
