5 Valli Eliminator

The 5 Valli Eliminator is an exhilarating cycling adventure organized by "Rupex a.s.d." and takes place on October 2, 2027. This non-competitive event invites cyclists to explore the scenic valleys and ridges of Bologna at their own pace. The route spans 130 kilometers with over 3500 meters of elevation gain for those choosing the mountain bike option, earning its name "Eliminator" due to its challenging terrain.
Participants have a choice among three distinct routes: MTB, Gravel, and a more inclusive shorter loop known as “Chiunque Valli Eliminator,” designed for everyone who wants to enjoy the scenery without covering too many miles. Along the way, cyclists can look forward to two rest stops where they'll find refreshments and lively festivities.
The event begins at 6:30 AM on October 2, with a meet-up starting from Parco Lunetta Gamberini in Bologna at 6:00 AM near “Tito Lido.” Here, participants will receive their race bibs to attach to their bikes. The first 80 registrants will also get an official event t-shirt made of technical fabric as part of their welcome package.
After a day filled with cycling and camaraderie, the journey concludes back at Parco Lunetta Gamberini where riders can refuel and share stories over a cold beer while recounting their adventures.
