💵 Registration: $10 per person | $30 per family (up to 6)  | OPTIONAL: Fundraise to waive your registration!

• Individual Fundraising: Want to make an even bigger impact? You can create a personal fundraiser—raising $20 will waive your $10 registration fee! Every donation helps support awareness and resources for the EDS community.
• Team Fundraising: You can also join or create a team! Teams can set a collective goal—our suggested team goal is $200—and all donations count toward supporting the EDS community. Whether individually or as a team, fundraising is optional but helps maximize impact.

💡 What is EDS?
The Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) are a group of 13 rare connective tissue disorders caused by genetic changes affecting connective tissue. Features vary by type, but common traits include:

Joint hypermobility
Stretchy, fragile skin
Tissue fragility

🦓 How Rare is EDS?

• Hypermobile EDS (hEDS): Most common, ~1 in 3,100–5,000 people
• Classical EDS (cEDS): ~1 in 20,000–40,000 people
• Vascular EDS (vEDS): ~1 in 100,000–200,000 people
• Ultra-rare types: Affect <1 in 1 million; some reported in only a few families

Even though some types are rare, the impact on individuals and families is huge, and raising awareness is key!
