2nd Kobe Poi Relay Marathon (第2回 KOBEポーアイリレーマラソン)

The Poai Shiosai Park, located along the western coast of Kobe Port Island and inaugurated during the city's 140th anniversary celebration in 2007, offers runners an unforgettable experience with its stunning views. Situated near iconic landmarks like the Port Tower and Harborland, this park provides a breathtaking backdrop as it overlooks the bustling port to one side and the serene slopes of Rokko Mountain on the other. The evening vista is particularly enchanting, earning recognition among Kobe's top ten urban nightscapes.
Stretching over 800 meters in length from north to south, Poai Shiosai Park features a scenic running path that winds alongside the waterfront on one side and past the campuses of prestigious institutions like Kwansei Gakuin University on the other. This unique route allows runners to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Kobe while enjoying panoramic views at every turn.
On October 31, 2026, this picturesque setting will host a race that promises not just a challenging course but also an immersive journey through one of Japan's most beloved coastal cities.
