About the Event

A running event that pairs racing with the evening sky, held at Ariake Beach in Kannonji, Kagawa. Its goals are healthy living in a familiar natural setting, an enjoyable running event for every age and level, and renewed appreciation of local tourism resources.
Ariake Beach lies within Setonaikai National Park, with two kilometers of white sand and shallow water, and has been a filming location for several movies. The sun sets over Hiuchi Sea here, and the spot is listed among Japan's top 100 sunsets.
Races include 5km, 10km and 20km for adults aged 19 and over, plus 20km team relays for four to eight runners, each with early and late start options.
