The festival kicks off early on race morning when registration opens at 9:00 AM near the "Pflege mit Herz" care home, where participants can collect their start materials.
The event is designed to welcome everyone from young children to seasoned runners. At 9:45 AM sharp, a short 200-meter fun run for beginners sets the tone with its quick and lively pace through the park's scenic paths. This is followed closely by three consecutive races aimed at different age groups of kids, starting at 9:55 AM with a 500-meter race, then progressing to 750 meters at 10:15 AM, and finally wrapping up with an invigorating 1-kilometer run for the older children at 10:35 AM. For those looking for more of a challenge, there's also a longer 1.5-kilometer race starting right after at 10:45 AM.
