Love racing but don't know exactly what your summer schedule will look like? 
The HFP Season Flex Pass gives you the freedom to plan your 2027 racing season without having to commit to specific races months in advance.

Now with two ways to race — choose a Single-Race Flex Pass for one event or a Three-Race Flex Pass to enjoy three different HFP races throughout the season. 

Choose your preferred distance — Super Sprint, Sprint, or Olympic — and secure your race entry or entries in the 2027 HFP Ohio Multisport Series. Then, as race week approaches, select which eligible HFP event and discipline (**Triathlon, Duathlon, or Aquabike**) you want to race.

SINGLE-RACE FLEX PASS - One Pass. One Race. Your Choice.
Perfect for athletes who want to participate in one HFP event but aren't ready to commit to a specific race date.
    - Includes **one race entry** at your purchased distance.
    - Choose from eligible 2027 HFP Ohio Multisport Series events.
    - Select your race and discipline during race week.

THREE-RACE FLEX PASS - Three Races. One Pass. Your Season.
Designed for athletes who want to race more often while maintaining flexibility throughout the summer.
    - Includes **three race entries** at your purchased distance.
    - Choose **three different eligible HFP race dates** throughout the 2027 season.
    - Select each race and discipline separately as the season progresses.
    - No need to select all three races when purchasing your pass.
    - Use one race entry at a time, following the same race-week registration process.

BONUS: The Three-Race Flex Pass is a convenient option for triathletes pursuing the new 2027 USA Triathlon State Series Championship, which requires three qualifying sanctioned triathlons, including at least one in the athlete's home state. Championship eligibility remains subject to USA Triathlon's official requirements.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR RACE ENTRY
Your Season Flex Pass provides flexibility, but you must complete a separate registration for each selected race to officially secure your entry.

1. CHOOSE YOUR FLEX PASS - Select your preferred distance — Super Sprint, Sprint, or Olympic — and purchase either a Single-Race Flex Pass or a 3-Race Flex Pass.

2. RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALIZED REGISTRATION CODE - After purchasing your Flex Pass, you'll receive a personalized registration code that can be used toward your eligible 2027 HFP Ohio Multisport Series race entries.

3. CHOOSE YOUR RACES WHEN YOU'RE READY - Visit the RunSignUp registration page for your selected HFP race. Choose your distance and discipline (Triathlon, Duathlon, or Aquabike), then enter your personalized code during checkout.

• Single-Race Flex Pass: Register for one eligible HFP race.
• Three-Race Flex Pass: Register for three different eligible HFP races. You can select and register for each race separately throughout the season.

There's no need to choose all your races when purchasing your pass!

4. COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR YOUR RACE SELECTED - Go to the individual race registration page, and register. During registration, your discount code will be applied toward your eligible race entry. You may be responsible for additional charges, including:
    - Applicable USA Triathlon (USAT) membership or licensing fees
    - RunSignUp registration service fees
    - Optional event shirts, merchandise, or other purchases

These additional charges, including an event shirt, are not included in your Season Flex Pass purchase.

5. SHOW UP AND RACE! - Once you've completed registration for your selected event, you're officially entered. Get ready to enjoy another great season of racing with HFP!

Your Season Flex Pass purchase does not automatically register you for any specific race. Your entry is not confirmed until you complete the individual race registration process.

NOTE:  UPGRADING TO A LONGER DISTANCE
Want to challenge yourself with a longer distance than you originally purchased?  You may upgrade to a longer distance offered at your selected race, subject to availability. Your registration code will provide a credit equal to the amount originally paid for the applicable pass entry.

For Three-Race Flex Pass holders, the credit for each race is calculated as **one-third of the total Three-Race Flex Pass purchase price**. 

You are responsible for paying the difference between your applicable pass-entry credit and the current registration fee for the longer-distance event, plus any additional fees.

*Example: If you purchased a Sprint Single-Race Flex Pass for $85 and the current Olympic registration fee is $110, your code would apply $85 toward the Olympic entry, leaving a $25 balance, plus applicable fees.*

No credits, discounts, or refunds are provided for switching to a shorter distance.

IMPORTANT PASS DETAILS
- Single-Race Pass: Valid for one eligible 2027 HFP Ohio Multisport Series race entry.
- Three-Race Pass: Valid for three entries at three different eligible HFP race dates during the 2027 season.
- Distance Selection: Passes are offered for Super Sprint, Sprint, and Olympic distances. Each entry is valid for the purchased distance or a shorter distance without a refund. Upgrades are subject to additional charges.
- Registration Required: Purchasing a Season Flex Pass does not automatically register you for any race. You must complete individual event registration using the code provided.
- Final Selection: Once your registration code is redeemed and your race registration is completed, that entry is final. No transfers or deferrals are permitted.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a registered race does not entitle you to a replacement entry, credit, refund, or deferral. For Three-Race Pass holders, that entry is considered used.
- Optional Event Shirts: Event shirts are available as an optional purchase during individual race registration.
- Additional Charges: Applicable USAT fees, RunSignUp service fees, and optional purchases are the participant's responsibility.
- Distance Upgrades: Upgrades to longer distances are permitted when available, with the participant responsible for the difference between the applicable pass-entry credit and the current registration fee.
- Event Eligibility: Passes are subject to published eligible events, registration deadlines, event availability, and applicable race policies.
- Unused Entries: Any unused Single-Race or Three-Race Flex Pass entries expire at the conclusion of the 2027 HFP Ohio Multisport Series and have no cash or credit value.

NOTE: All Flex Pass entries must be used during the 2027 season. No entries may be transferred or deferred to another year, regardless of the reason or circumstances.
