RegisterAbout This Event:
After the unfortunate snow year of 2025 and cancellation of the TFT, let's BOUNCE BACK for 2026, shall we?!?
The winter triathlon format includes a run, snow bike and ski. All on snow, and all based in the main race stadium of the world class nordic center of Kincaid Park.
Putting on a multi-sport event takes a lot of planning, forethought and investment. The registration numbers are the key to our organizing the best event we are capable of and the most fun for you. Once you register, there are no refunds offered.
If the event must be cancelled due to issues beyond our control (be nice, mother nature!), we will offer all registered participants a deferral to either the 2026 Hammerman, the 2026 Moose Nugget or the 2027 Tri Flake.
COURSE BASICS: Race start time is NOON, plan to arrive early enough to get all set up and checked in. The run is an out and back of 6K on the scenic Coastal Trail. The bike will take advantage of the multi-use trail along Raspberry Road, as well as some of the STA single track trails throughout Kincaid for a two lap course of around 13K. The ski will be freestyle format and utilize some of the nordic ski trails in Kincaid Park for a 2 lap course of around 6K. The finish will be in the stadium in front of the timing shack. There will be both solo and 2-3 person team options. We also offer a $5 discount to all active & retired military personnel (Thank You!), as well as all ATC members that are paid for 2026.
Kincaid Park is located at the very west end of Raspberry Road.
ATTENTION PLEASE! When you register, please provide a functioning email that you check often so you are sure to get any important information we need to share, along with info on our course previews! We like using RunSignUp because this platform doesn't generate spam. Anything you receive will be race specific information. Thanks!
PLEASE NOTE: Mother nature will dictate the final course, as we found out the first year and a few since! Any significant change in race morning conditions will determine the final race course and course distances. Thank you for understanding!

Anchorage is the largest city in Alaska, in the Southcentral region. Anchorage is a cosmopolitan port city with a population of 291 247 (2020). It is a consolidated city-borough referred to as a municipality. The urbanized city is defined by Muldoon Road to the east, Rabbit Creek Road to the south, and Cook Inlet to the north and west. Several small suburbs are within the Municipality of Anchorage while physically outside what most Anchorageites would call the "Anchorage" proper area. These include Eagle River and Chugiak to the north and Girdwood to the south.
